Changing your diet and lifestyle habits is just a start. In fact, it’s just scratching the surface when it comes to achieving your true health & happiness.

Without understanding how your mind works and how to transcend your thinking and actions, it will be challenging to create lasting changes to your diet and habits as well as achieving true health & happiness in every aspect of your life!

INSIDE MODULE THREE, YOU’LL DISCOVER:

Lesson 1: Introduction to the Four Functions of the Mind

Lesson 2: How to Overcome the 7 Most Common Mind Traps

Lesson 3: The Healing Power of Mantra

Eating the right diet and living a balanced lifestyle is the foundation of Dharma because if you are physically unwell, you may not have the energy to pursue your other goals in life.

Understanding the mind and developing self-awareness is also important as if you are psychologically unwell, you may become demotivated and could make poor decisions, which may cause you to deviate from your true path.

This is why Ayurvedic living is an important part of Dharmic living.

But on the other hand, if the 4 Goals of Life that promote balanced fulfilment across all aspects of your life are not well integrated this can also have a negative impact on your mind and body.

In Module Four, you’ll learn about the 4 Great Goals of Life and start your journey to examine and discover your highest purpose in life, so that you can start to take control and live your Dharma – one that brings you abundance, happiness and joy.

INSIDE MODULE FOUR, YOU’LL DISCOVER:

Lesson 1: The Dharmic Principles and Practices of Right Living

Lesson 2: The Law of Karma – Taking Control of Your Life

Lesson 3: Integrating the Four Great Goals of Life

Lesson 4: How to Find and Fulfill Your Dharma

So far you’ve been nourishing your mind and body through the right diet and lifestyle for your Dosha and integrating a Sattvic lifestyle.

You have also started your journey to live your highest purpose in life and achieve true health & happiness in every aspect of your life.

In Module Five, you’ll start to go deeper into your spiritual practice. This is where you can truly connect with your ‘true self’ or ‘higher self’ and start living your true purpose. And ultimately transcend your Karma.

Lesson 1: Integrating Yamas & Niyamas into Your Daily Life

Lesson 2: The Benefits of Meditation

I FEEL RESTED, I HAVE ENERYGY WHEN GETTING UP, AND I GET DAILY ROUTINES ACCOMPLISHED.

Before joining Pathway to Dharma, my stomach was bloated, gassy, and felt heavy. I often snacked or ate fatty foods throughout the day and before going to bed, and the following day I felt tired and had no energy. I didn’t have the motivation to do my daily routines.

After going through Pillar One of Pathway to Dharma, I’ve been eating foods according to my Doshas and I now feel rested, I have energy when getting up, and I get daily routines accomplished!

Vanessa (United States)

Looking at life in terms of these four goals makes it much easier to navigate some very difficult situations. It helped me feel like I am on the correct path with following what brings joy and meaning to my life and not just feeling validated by a paycheck.

Overall these goals are so helpful in putting life into perspective and have really brought me a sense of calm.

Jess (United States)

UNDERSTANDING MY DOSHA HAS CHANGED MY LIFE!

Being aware of my Dosha means that I understand how the pandemic is impacting my particular tendency to get angry and impatient as a stress response.

Just knowing this helps give me the space to reflect before I react.

Rebecca (Canada)

Before I joined Pathway to Dharma, I went to bed late and ate a cold breakfast in the morning. I was cold and tired. I also had a shift job and never felt that I was getting enough rest.

After joining Pathway to Dharma, I am feeling less cold and I have more energy. I have also started to listen more to myself and my needs.

I also changed the job that I’m passionate about, with regular times and no work in the evenings so that I can go to bed earlier. I am grateful towards myself that I took the step to move forward!.

FAQ

Your most popular questions answered!

Below is a list of the most common questions I’ve been asked. If for some reason you don’t see your question, just email Risa at info@risakawamoto.com and I’ll get back to you within 24 hours!

I'm new to Ayurveda. Can I still join the Pathway to Dharma program?

Pathway to Dharma was created for those who are completely new to Ayurveda in mind! The Foundation Module will enable you to gain a basic understanding of Ayurveda and the 3 Doshas which you can implement in your daily life straight away!

You can also ask any questions either inside the course portal (there is a comment section within each lesson) or via email at info@risakawamoto.com!

I'm a complete newbie to Yoga. Can I still join the Pathway to Dharma program?

Yes you can! There are Yoga videos (with clear instructions!) inside the Pathway to Dharma program for you to practice from the comfort of your own home. If you have any questions regarding any Yoga poses or creating your own Yoga practice, you can reach out to Risa inside the course portal (there is a comment section within each lesson) or via email at info@risakawamoto.com.

I would also encourage you to take an in-person Yoga class at least once a week if you have never practiced Yoga before, as I won’t be able to give you hands-on adjustments online and it’s useful to have an experienced teacher to guide you when you are a complete newbie to Yoga!

I’m a Yoga teacher and want to learn more about Ayurveda and Ayurvedic diet. Is this course right for me? And will the hours be counted towards Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs) Continuing Education (CE) requirement for the Yoga Alliance credential(s)?

Pathway to Dharma is suitable for those interested in learning more about Ayurveda, Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle and want to integrate both Yoga & Ayurveda into their daily lives.

You won’t be able to count the hours towards Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs) Continuing Education (CE) requirement for the Yoga Alliance credential(s). However, of course you are welcome to share your experience and promote Ayurveda with your students and community!

If you are interested in becoming an affiliate of From Chaos to Peace program, please get in touch with Risa at info@risakawamoto.com.

What can I expect once I join the Pathway to Dharma program?

Upon completing your enrollment, you will get instant access to the foundation module, all the five core modules PLUS Self Coaching Handbook, Peaceful Yoga Video Library, and access to support & accountability via comment section within each lesson.

The Pathway to Dharma program is a digital video training portal. When you join, your purchase includes lifetime access and future updates to the course materials.

Integrating Ayurveda practices into my already busy life feels overwhelming... How much time do I require if I want to see the results?

From my own experience and results U hear from my existing students, the more you bring Ayurveda into your daily life, the less you feel overwhelmed and stressed as you start to balance your Dosha.

Also you have a lifetime access to Pathway to Dharma so you don’t need to rush to complete it. If you can commit 1-2 lessons each week (each lesson is usually between 15 and 30 minutes) to go through the course and implement what you learnt into your life, you can begin to feel more balanced.

Do I have any support available if I have questions or get stuck?

If you have any questions as you go through the program, you can ask them inside the course portal. There is a comment section within each lesson and I will get back to you within 48 hours!

Or if you have a personal question(s), please feel free to email Risa at info@risakawamoto.com.

How long do I have access to the Pathway to Dharma program?

Forever! You will only need to enroll once and you will have lifetime access to the course materials.

Which format is the course content delivered in?

The course materials are delivered in video content, downloadable audio, written transcription in PDF, printable slides and worksheets. So, whether you prefer to watch, listen or read the content, you’ll be covered!
