If you’re tired of the confusion and overwhelm of figuring out the best diet, lifestyle, exercise, and career (while balancing it all with your busy personal life), it’s time to create a life aligned with your TRUE nature and purpose.

If you’re tired of the confusion and overwhelm of figuring out the best diet, lifestyle, exercise, and career (while balancing it all with your busy personal life), it’s time to create a life aligned with your TRUE nature and purpose.

DHARMA
/dɑːmə/

noun

Duties & Life Purpose: living according to your inner purpose and highest human potential.

Duty to take care of your mind, body & soul.

Duty to take care of your family, friends & community.

Duty to connect with your inner purpose.

MODERN SOCIETY is structured in a way that makes achieving ‘balance’ in all areas of life extremely difficult, often without you even realizing it.

BALANCE isn’t about perfection. It’s about creating harmony where everything feels aligned and sustainable.

However, many women in their early to mid-life who dream of achieving balance in every area of their lives, continue to make mistakes that keep that dream just out of reach.

What is this mistake?

Well before I tell you what that is, I’m guessing you’re here because…

?

You start with great intentions to build healthy habits like eating well and doing Yoga and meditation (especially at the start of a new year).

However, despite your initial motivation, you struggle to stay consistent long enough to see real, lasting results. As the weeks pass, old patterns creep back in, leaving you feeling frustrated, disappointed, and wondering why you can’t stick with it.

?

You’re trying to change too many things at once, completely shifting your diet, starting a new workout routine, meditating daily, or even a new hobby all with the hope of transforming your life.

But by week 2, instead of feeling better, you quickly become overwhelmed and stressed. The pressure to keep up feels exhausting, and before long, you give up altogether, leaving you feeling frustrated, defeated, and stuck.

?

You wake up feeling exhausted, hitting snooze multiple times and all you want to do is to stay in bed.

No matter how much you plan to wake up early for exercise, meditation, or a nourishing breakfast, you struggle to find the energy to follow through. Leaving you feeling behind and frustrated before the day even begins.

?

You’re trying to lose or maintain weight and have followed multiple diets recommended by wellness influencers on social media.

While you may see some initial results, the changes never seem to last. No matter how many times you start over, you find yourself slipping back into old habits, feeling frustrated and stuck in the same cycle.

?

You only turn to self-care practices (or quick fixes) when life or work gets overwhelming and the moment it feels manageable, you stop self-care practices until stress builds again.

You then feel annoyed for falling into the same pattern again.

?

You feel comfortable in your current job, but 80% of the time, there's a sense of unfulfillment that leaves you longing for change.

Yet, the fear of losing the security and stability your job provides holds you back, creating a constant internal struggle between seeking something more and staying in your comfort zone.

If you can relate to ONE OR MORE of the above, you are living your life based on the MISALIGNED choices and decisions.

Choices that you have made in the past and continue to make throughout your life.

But it’s not your fault.

We are constantly told what diet and lifestyle to follow, what supplements to take, who we should be and how we should act.

It might have started with our parents telling us we need to do this to stay healthy, or become that to be a ‘success’.

Society then conditions us in a similar way and most of us choose to conform – either subconsciously or consciously, without questioning it.

We go down the path of least resistance (even when that path can in itself be tough and unrewarding).

Then suddenly, we realize we’re stuck in a job, relationship, or life we never intended — and we ask ourselves… “How did I get here?”

The TRUTH is, if you don’t start living your life by making choices that align with your true nature and values, then eventually your health will suffer and this can manifest into various mental and physical conditions.

So you may be thinking ‘What is an aligned choice then?’

N

An aligned choice is a choice that you make on a daily basis that is FULLY aligned with your ‘true nature’.

N

The aligned choice puts you on the path to PEACE and HARMONY in your mind, body and soul.

N

It’s what leads to feeling BALANCED and FULFILLED in all aspects of your life - be it your health & wellbeing, career, relationships, purpose, pleasure & fun…

N

It’s what leads to discovering and living your TRUE life purpose - your Dharma.

Imagine…

You wake up naturally, without an alarm, feeling REFRESHED & ENEGERGIZED.

Instead of dreading your morning routine, you GENUINELY look forward to it. Not because you ‘should’ or ‘have to,’ but because you TRULY ENJOY IT and appreciate how it makes you feel.

You instinctively KNOW what your body needs for breakfast and have FUN preparing a quick, simple yet nourishing meal.

You’re excited to start your workday, whether that means commuting or simply walking to the home office, because you feel DEEPLY CONNECTED to what you do. You know your work matters, and you’re VALUED and RECOGNIZED for the AMAZING contributions you make.

As you move through your day, even when things don’t go as planned, you remain CALM and CONFIDENT. You know how to get back on track without feeling overwhelmed or pressured.

You make time for loved ones, rest, and fun without guilt because you’re IN TUNE with what you need in each moment even when life is busy.

At the end of the day, you feel DEEPLY GRATEFUL for everything you have, and your heart is FULL.

And this is ALL POSSIBLE FOR YOU when you make ALIGNED CHOICES on a daily basis which is exactly what you will learn in the Pathway to Dharma program.

Hi, I’m Risa.

I’m a certified Life Coach, Yoga teacher, Ayurvedic Lifestyle Advisor and the host of the Journey Podcast.

I’m a Japanese national living in London, UK, and I have been teaching Yoga and Ayurveda and coaching early to mid-life women worldwide for over a decade.

I am passionate about helping people integrate these ancient practices into their daily lives through my unique coaching method.

I grew up trying to conform what my parents and society expected of me. Throughout my teenage years and 20s, I filled my sense of emptiness with cigarettes and alcohol to numb the stress and anxiety I felt.

It wasn’t until my late 20s that I discovered the transformative power of Ayurveda and Yoga.

By applying the principles of Ayurveda and Yoga, along with Vedic phisolophy, I found true fulfillment, purpose, peace, and harmony in my life.

Now, I’m dedicated to helping others do the same.

I CHANGED THE JOB THAT I’M PASSIONATE ABOUT

“Before joining Pathway to Dharma, I went to bed late and ate a cold breakfast in the morning. I was cold and tired. I also had a shift job and never felt that I was getting enough rest.

After going through the program, I’m feeling less cold and I have more energy. I have also started to listen more to myself and my needs.

I also changed the job that I’m passionate about, with regular times and no work in the evenings so that I can go to bed earlier. I am grateful towards myself that I took the step to move forward.”

Klara

I FEEL LIKE I AM ON THE CORRECT PATH

“Looking at life in terms of these Four Goals (of Life) makes it much easier to navigate some very difficult situations. It helped me feel like I am on the correct path with following what brings joy and meaning to my life and not just feeling validated by a paycheck.

Overall these goals are so helpful in putting life into perspective and have really brought me a sense of calm.”

FAQ

Your most popular questions answered.

Below is a list of the most common questions I’ve been asked. If for some reason you don’t see your question, just email Risa at info@risakawamoto.com and I’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

I'm new to Ayurveda. Can I still join the Pathway to Dharma program?

Pathway to Dharma is loved by both beginners and those with some exposure to Ayurveda.

If you’re new to Ayurveda or even if you’ve read a bit about it before, the Foundation Module will help you build a solid understanding of Ayurveda and the three Doshas, allowing you to start applying these principles in your daily life right away.

You can also ask any questions inside the community section in our course portal or via email at info@risakawamoto.com

I'm a complete newbie to Yoga. Can I still join the Pathway to Dharma program?

Yes you can. There are Yoga videos (with clear instructions!) inside the Pathway to Dharma program for you to practice from the comfort of your own home. If you have any questions regarding any Yoga poses or creating your own Yoga practice, you can reach out to Risa inside the community section in our course portal or via email at info@risakawamoto.com.

I would also encourage you to take an in-person Yoga class at least once a week if you have never practiced Yoga before, as I won’t be able to give you hands-on adjustments online and it’s useful to have an experienced teacher to guide you when you are a complete newbie to Yoga.

I’m a Yoga teacher and want to learn more about Ayurveda and Ayurvedic diet. Is this course right for me? And will the hours be counted towards Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs) Continuing Education (CE) requirement for the Yoga Alliance credential(s)?

Pathway to Dharma is suitable for those interested in learning more about Ayurveda, Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle and want to integrate both Yoga & Ayurveda into their daily lives.

You won’t be able to count the hours towards Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs) Continuing Education (CE) requirement for the Yoga Alliance credential(s). However, of course you are welcome to share your experience and promote Ayurveda with your students and community.

If you are interested in becoming an affiliate of Pathway to Dharma program, please get in touch with Risa at info@risakawamoto.com.

Subsequent modules (Module 2-5) will be released every two weeks to give you enough time to go through each module.

The Pathway to Dharma program is a digital video training portal. When you join, your purchase includes lifetime access and future updates to the course materials.

Integrating Ayurveda practices into my already busy life feels overwhelming... How much time do I require if I want to see the results?

From my own experience and results I hear from my existing students, the more you bring Ayurveda into your daily life, the less you feel overwhelmed and stressed as you start to balance your Dosha.

You also have LIFETIME ACCESS to Pathway to Dharma, so you can complete the program at your own pace.

If you’re eager to dive in, many of my students watch 1-2 lessons per week (each lasting between 15 and 30 minutes) and apply what they learn as they go.

I recommend following the same approach so you can start feeling more balanced after each module.

Do I have any support available if I have questions or get stuck?

If you have any questions as you go through the program, you can ask them inside the community secion in our course portal. There is a comment section within each lesson and I will get back to you within 48 hours.

Or if you have a personal question(s), please feel free to email Risa at info@risakawamoto.com.

How long do I have access to the Pathway to Dharma program?

Forever 😄 You will only need to enroll once and you will have lifetime access to the course materials.
